Peter de Jong is a seasoned industry leader who is deeply passionate about the intersection of technology and entertainment. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has made significant contributions to the gaming industry over the years. As a former co-founder of Codeglue, a renowned game development studio based in Rotterdam, Peter played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and direction. Under his leadership, Codeglue flourished into a team of 30 people and earned accolades for its vibrant and positive company culture. Notably, the studio clinched the esteemed Best Studio award at the Dutch Game Awards in 2022.
Following the acquisition of Codeglue by Behaviour Interactive in 2023, Peter seamlessly transitioned into the role of General Manager at the studio. In this new role, he is leveraging his entrepreneurial mindset and strategic insights to drive growth and innovation within the company. With a focus on fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, Peter is committed to leading Behaviour Rotterdam to new heights of success in the dynamic gaming industry.
